Description: The Government intends to issue a sole source contract to International Research Associates, Inc., for the following requirement. The Joint Staff has a requirement for maintenance of all intrusion detection system (IDS) and colorgraphics equipment; user training on the IDS and colorgraphics equipment and the procurement and installation of additional IDS equipment when required. The period of performance will be from 1 October 2004 through 30 September 2005 with four one-year options. This notice o f intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A solicitation will not be issued. All interested persons may identify their interest and submit a capabilities statement to include the following: clear and convincing documentation to verify its capabilities to provide the services required under this Request for Quotation.
