- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition procedures in FAR 13 and the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This annou ncement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W911SA-04-T-0046 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is due by 15 Sep 04. The RFQ is a fixed price, small business set-aside , with NAICS code 423740, and the small business size standard is 500. This requirement is to provide and install the following: 1. The Fort McCoy Fire & Emergency Services needs to Upgrade the present Vehicle exhaust system in bldg. 6050 (Fire Station # 2) to a system that is compatible with the PLYMOVENT system in Bldg. 1680 (Fire Station #1). 2. This System must be capable of interchanging parts and connections to the present PLYMOVENT system (OS2-102083 system controller in bldg. 1680. Other compatibl e parts are SBT A-21B/31B slide balancer Track, BSR- 30 Vertical Stack Rail. 3. This system must be able to accept all the vehicles from station 1 and station 2, as vehicles are moved from station to station. List Part Number, Manufacturer, Manufacture r Part Number, Description, Qty, Price and Extended Price for each item, and Total for entire requirement. Delivery/Install must be within 60 days after receipt of a Purchase Order. Payment: Net 30. Provide training on use of the equipment upon insta ll and must be able to provide prompt service response if problems were to arise after installation. SITE VISITS ARE ENCOURAGED. In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(k), prospective awardee shall be registered and activ e in the CCR database prior to award. If the Offeror does not become registered in the CCR database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer (NLT due date/time of solicitation), the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror.
