Description

Solicitation Number W91ZLK-04-R-0019 response date is extended to 7 September 2004 at 12:00 PM (noon) and is hereby amended to include an additional contract line item as follows: CLIN 0030 Work Shoe, Mens, 6 inch Black, Waterproof, Steel Toe, esti mated quantity of 5,760 pair per year (Base Year plus 4 option years). A Mobile Unit shall deliver twice per week, Monday and Tuesday to the Garrison Central Issue Facility, Bldg A-5035 for this added line item. Delivery for all other contract line item s shall be on Wednesdays, weekly, to Bldg A-4302. Note that CLINS 22 and 23 of the original announcement are duplicates; therefore, CLIN 0023 is deleted in its entirety. Small Business Set-Aside is also deleted. The remainder of the announcement stays the same.
