- Synopsis Sports Officials, Fitness Center 341st Contracting Squadron, Malmstrom AFB, Montana intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the following commercial services for Malmstrom AFB: The requirement consists of CLIN 0001; FSC G003, Fitness Center Officials: CLIN 0001: Fitness Center Officials, see attached table. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561599 with a small business size standard of not greater than $ 6M / Year. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for offer. (See Internet site: http://www.ccr.gov/). All responsive small business offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO)(See Internet site: http://www.eps.gov/). The solicitation can be accessed and downloaded of the EPS site by following the links: Vendor / USAF / Air Force Space Command / 341 CONS Malmstrom AFB. Once the solicitation is posted, on or about 1 Sept 04, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site frequently for updates or amendments to any and all documents. Quotes are required to be received no later than 12:00 P.M., MST, Wednesday, 08 September, 2004. Service is required to begin on 01 October 2004 though 31 Sept 2009.
