Description

This requisition is for the purchase of the network equipment shown on the attached listing. This purchase is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Only responses providing a quote for all items will be considered. Quotes should be FOB Destination. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items), and 52-212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items), and DFARS 252.212-7000. In accordance with Clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be price and price related factors. Oral procedures will be used for this solicitation. Quotations may be faxed to 478-926-3590 or email becky.cochran@robins.af.mil no later than 9 Sep 04. The anticipated award date will be by 30 Sep 04.
