- Description
- This is a notice of intention to issue a solicitation for Engineering Services in support of USAF requirements for the AN/ALQ-161A Electronic Countermeasures System used in support of the B-1B aircraft. The contractor will provide COTS hardware and software for ground laboratory playback of recorded data and technical support to meet custom B-1B controls and display requirements. The Contractor shall provide technical services in support of an ACC/DRA1 tasked mission debrief proof of concept work effort. Period of Performance is 4 months. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit sole source EMC2 Corporation, 2201 Dupont Drive, Suite 500, Irvine, CA 92612 under the authority of 6.302.1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government.
