- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial non-personal services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12 and 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-04. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334290. This solicitation closes on 10 Sept 2004. Award will be made on or about 30 Sept 2004 The item description is as follows: RF5800U RADIO, 2 EA; RF-5800U V01X AMPLIFIER 2 EA; RF-9070 ANTENNA, 2 EA; RF-9071 ANTENNA MAST,2 EA; 10075-1345-01 BATTERY STORAGE BB-590U,2 EA; 10372-0305-01 BATTERY CHARGE SYSTEM, 1 EA; RF5850-PS001 BATTERY ELIMINATOR, 1EA,; RF-5800U-V010 VEHICULAR ADAPTOR KIT, 1 EA; 10570-0720-01 VEHICULAR POWER ADAPTER, 1 EA; 10570-3500-12 SPEAKER MODIFIED, 1 EA; RF-292 ANTENNA MTG KIT, 1EA; RF-390-AT005 ANTENNA, 1 EA; 10369-212-25 CABLE ASSEMBLY, 1 EA; PRC-117F RADIO, 1 EA; The Offeror (Vendor) shall furnish all personnel, equipment, services, materials, and transportation, to purchase the equipment listed in ATTACHMENT 1. The price quoted for the equipment shall include shipment fob destination which is Nellis Air Force Base, NV 89191. Offerors must include with their quotations: 1) A price quote on company stationary. 2) A completed copy of provisions 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items (ATTACHMENT 2). Offerors who fail to complete and submit the requirements above may be considered non-responsive. The following clauses and/or provisions apply to this solicitation: 1) A combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted on the Federal Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site, http://eps.gov. Amendments will be posted on the affected solicitation page EPS site. It is the offerors? responsibility to monitor this site for the release of amendments (if any). The following provisions and clauses can be viewed through Internet access at Air Force FAR site, http://farsite.hill.af.mil. ***The following clauses and/or provisions apply to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? For solicitations issued after 1 Jun 98 all ** contractors are required to be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR)**. If not already registered, you should immediately register with CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423 or via the internet at http://www.ccr2000.com. Contractors are required to have a Dun and Bradstreet number (DUNS) in order to be registered in the CCR database. Lack of registration prior to award, may make an offeror ineligible for award.
