- Description
- This acquisition is being offered as an 8(a) set aside for firms with a bona-fide location in New Mexico under the North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code 237310 with a size standard of $28,500,000.00. The project is located at Holloman AFB, New Mexico and surrounding areas and involves the site preparation, demolition, repair, alteration, maintenance, replacement and minor construction of flexible and rigid pavements. Performance period for the resultant requirements contract will be one (1) basic year with four (4) one year option periods. Yearly Magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 contract. Issue date for this solicitation is anticipated to be on or about 1 October 2004 with a closing date 30 calendar days after issuance. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal utilizing Past Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT) technique to arrive at a best value award decision. Under PPT, past performance will be evaluated. When the solicitation is downloaded, it should be read completely, as there are milestones the offeror will need to meet to be considered responsive. Solicitation will be available via the Internet at the following address: www.eps.gov. At the home page select the EPS for vendors. A series of indexes will follow requiring these selections: USAF-Offices; Air Combat Command-Offices; 49 CONS-Posted Dates. Active solicitations will be listed in accordance with their date of issuance. Paper solicitations will not be issued. There will be no pre-announcement of when the solicitation will be available.
