- The VA Puget Sound Healthcare System, Seattle Washington has a requirement for Readjustment Counseling Services in the Everett, Washington area (Snohomish County). Contract service is defined as counselors, individually or in groups, specifically directed at social, psychological, or behavioral problems, which bear a distinct relationship to the process of readjustment from military duty, during the Vietnam Era, Persian Gulf, etc., to civilian life. Services will be provided to eligible veterans referred by the VA Puget Sound Healthcare System. Contract will be for one-year with provisions for four one-year options.
