- The VA Medical Center in Boise, Idaho is entering into negotiations with the American Red Cross, Lewis and Clark Region, 5380 Franklin Road, Boise, Idaho 83707. All interested parties are requested to give written notification NLT September 15, 2004, including all pertinent data (descriptive literature, specifications, etc). Send information to VA Medical Center, Contracting Officer (90C), 500 West Fort Street, Boise, Idaho 83702. The proposed contract action is for requirements of blood and blood components for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
