Description
This amendment hereby changes the specifications to read as follows: The High Emissivity shall meet or exceed the following specifications: (1) Temperature Range: negative 5.00 degrees to 170.00 degrees C; (2) Accuracy (thermometric): less than or equal to 30 mK; (3) Temperature Resolution: 0.01 degrees C; (4) Stability (Short Term): plus or minus 0.04 degrees C for 8 Hour Period; (5) Aperture Area: 12 inches x 12 inches; (6) Radiometric Source Non-Uniformity: plus or minus 0.15 degrees C at minus 20 degrees C and plus or minus 0.3 degrees C at 100 degrees C within area of 10 inches x 10 inches; (7) Emissivity: 0.98 plus or minus 0.01; (8) Temperature Sensor: Precision Platinum RTD; (9) Method of Control: Precision Digital PID Controller; (10) Method of Heating: Thermoelectric Models; (11) Method of Cooling: Thermoelectric Modules; (12) Method of Mounting of Controller: 19 inch Rack Mount; (13) Method of Mounting Source: Base Plate for Optical Bench Mount; (14) Calibration Verification (Thermometric Method): A hole with diameter of .145 inches provided on top of source; (15) Operating Ambient Temperature: less than or equal to 23 degrees C to reach 0.00 degrees C Set point and less than or equal to 15 degrees C to reach negative 5.00 degrees C Set point; and (16) Digital Communication: IEEE/GPIB. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
