Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspections Service (APHIS), International Services (IS) KM 2 Carretera A La Angostura, Chiapa De Corzo, Chis. Mexico has a requirement for one (1) Full-Sized Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV). The vehicle must meet, at a minimum the following requirements: U.S. made; Model 2004 or 2005, V8 Engine; 4 X 2; Automatic transmission ; doors/outlets for rear passengers ; seating capacity for 9; Antilock brakes, Air conditioning; Alarm system; AM/FM radio; In-country standard warranty. The vehicle will be stationed in Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas, Mexico. Vendor/dealership must be located within Tuxtla Gutierrez city limits. Delivery to take place within 20 days of date of award. This will be a FIRM-FIXED price award. NAICS Code: 441110. Simplified procurement procedures will be used as well as commercial item acquisition regulations per FAR 12. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-22. Applicable FAR clauses are incorporated by reference: Prompt Payment 52.232-25 (10/03); Changes--Fixed price 52.243-1 (8/87); Instruction to Offerers - Commercial Items 52.212-1 (01/04); Evaluation-Commercial items 52.212-2 (01/99); Offerer Representations and Certifications 52.212-3 (01/04); Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items 52.212-4 (10/03); and Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items 52.212-5(04/04); 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer ?
