Description

Fiscal Year 2005 Software Enhancements and Upgrades NetManage Inc Licenses (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation # HC101305P2000. This solicitation is a Request For Quote (RFQ). (iii) The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 14 (6-23-03) and Defense Change Notice 20030620. (iv) The resultant sole-source contract will be 100% set aside for small business as NetManage, Inc. owns all proprietary rights to the software's source code and is the only known source for software enhancements and upgrades. NAICS 541519, other Computer Related Services. Size Standard is $21M average annual receipts over past three years. (v)(vi) CLIN 0001: Four (4) annual site license software enhancements and upgrades for SIM 3278 VTAM (Columbus CPU 2064-2C2, St. Louis CPUs 2064-1C2, GS-2054E and 9672/R45,) and Two (2 annual site license software enhancements and upgrades for z/OS MAINEFRAME SUITE (Ogden CPU 9672X47 and Mechanicsburg CPU 2064-105).. (vii) Required Period of coverage for software enhancements and upgrades is 1 October 2004 through 30 September 2005. Delivery is to DISA SSO - Montgomery CDTM 401 East Moore Drive, Bldg. 857 Maxwell AFB Gunter Annex, AL, 36114-3001. (viii) FAR 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Item, applies to this acquisition. (ix) FAR 52.212-2 does not apply to this sole source acquisition. (x) Quotes shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Item; DFARS 252.212-7000(b), Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Item.
