- Description
- The Architect of the Capitol has a requirement to award up to two (2) Multi-Award, Time-and-Material, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ), Requirements contracts to provide the maintenance, replacing and shortening cables, tests, repairs, adjustments, and replacement of components in 300 elevators under the Jurisdiction of the Architect of the Capitol, Washington, D.C. The Government will issue Task Order[s] to the Contractors for services which are of a routine, non routine, or emergency nature performance of work under these contracts. NOTE: Elevator maintenance service requirements for an urgent or emergency nature will require the Contractor?s employees, in the categories and number specified, at the site of work within two (2) hours from time of telephonic notification. The term of contract shall be from time of award through September 30, 2005, with four one-year options.
