- Description
- The EPA, Region III, contemplates award of two (2) Superfund Technical Assessment and Response Team (START) contracts to provide professional support services to EPA Region III in its responsibilities to respond to hazardous substances, oil, or weapons of mass destruction. One RFP will be issued resulting in two geographical awards: one unrestricted supporting the eastern part of Region III and one totally set aside for small business supporting the western part of the Region. Each contract will be an ID/IQ consisting of a fixed price Core Emergency Response Team (CERT) (8 for the East and 6 for the West) and provisions for additional professional fixed rate personnel. Each CERT shall be available 24/7. The RFP is expected to be issued on or about 9/30/04 with award expected no later than 05/31/05. Award will be made on a best value basis with technical being equal to cost/price. NAICS Code 562910applies.
