- Description
- This is a Special Notice for the following item: Medical Services at Maxwell AFB, AL. This announcement constitutes the only notice; This solicitation is open to Large or Small businesses with Veteran Affairs Multiple Award Schedules (VA/MAS): The SIN's for this procurement are as follows: 621-001, 621-003A, 621-025A, 621-035 and 621-046. This contract will be awarded as a fixed price and the delivery will be FOB destination. Offers will only be accepted from companies that can provide all required items. Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry(CCR.gov) and provide a copy of the registration to be eligible for award. Offers must register in Wide Area Work Flow at https://wawf.eb.mil/. Offers are due to contracting no later than 24 Aug 04 at 1630 or 4:30 pm and can be mailed to 42D CONS/LGCA 50 Lemay Plaza South Maxwell AFB, AL 36112-6334, attn: Thomas Manning.
