Description: Furnish all the parts, labor, travel, equipment,materials, supervision to perform preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, inspections for the professional maintenance of building environmental and mechanical systems for the period 12/1/04 through 11/30/05, with options to extend services for a period not to exceed thirty six (36) months.
