- DESCRIPTION: The VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, NC has a requirement for delivery of radiopharmaceuticals to their Department of Nuclear Medicine located at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business under NAICS 352412. All responsible sources may submit bids in accordance with IFB 246-05-01664. Due date for receipt of offers is September 20, 2004, 4:30 p.m. EST. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 14.2, as supplemented with additional information included in the solicitation. Offerors should clearly mark their bid packets as their response to IFB 246-05-01664 and may send by USPS or other ground delivery method, or hand-delivered to : VA Medical Center, ATTN: Jeff Benton (90C), 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301 on or before the due date for offers.
