- Description
- The Department of Justice, Justice Management Division, Library Staff, intends to procure approximately 1,862 print copies of the 9th edition of Kurzban Immigration Law Sourcebook, by Kurzban, in accordance with FAR 12.6. This solicitiation is being issued as Intent to Award on a sole source basis to American Immigration Lawyers Association, Annapolis Junction, MD in accordance with FAR 6.302, only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agencey requirements. Interested parties are adivised that no solicitation is available for this acquisition. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or to submit a capability statement. The period of performance shall be for one year.
