Description
This is an amendment to the previous notice regarding the School Leadership Program Grantee Project Evaluations. The following are answers to questions received regarding the previous notice: 1. The due date for submission of proposals is September 9, 2004, at 1:00 p.m. (eastern time zone.) 2. Resumes are not considered a part of the 10-page limited response. However, each resume you send may not be more than 2 pages. 3. The number of days for the conference for the grantees is 1-1/2 days - 2 days. 4. There is a need for 3 breakout rooms during the conference. 5. There is a need for audio/visual equipment during the conference (microphones, flip-charts, projectors, and screens.) 6. All grantees are responsible for their own travel expenses (meals and lodging, etc.) Travel arrangements will only be provided for consultants and facilitators. 7. The Government will not reimburse for refreshment breaks, working lunches, or dinner for formal presentations. 8. The number of speakers will be determined by the meeting design and format. 9. There is no standard honorarium allowed for the payment of speakers, this is for the vendor to decide. The speakers will be eligible to receive a per diem for travel, lodging, and miscellaneous. 10. There is no incumbent for this contract. 11. The length of this contract is from the time the contract is awarded to its completion, which should be March 2005. 12. There are no forms available for downloading in order to apply for this solicitation. 13. This is a simplified acquisition.
