- Description
- The United Stated Department of Commerce (DoC) (NOAA CAMS Program Division) has a requirement to renew annual software maintenance on Relocation Manager?, an implemented COTS product. ePCS Support Services is the only known supplier of annual maintenance and licensing on the COTS product. The annual software maintenance requires the vendor to provide enhancements, updates, patches, and rate updates for 10 concurrent users of the Relocation Manager? product. In addition, NOAA requires the expansion of its Relocation Manager? license from 1000 vouchers per year to 2000 vouchers per year. The DoC intends to procure these services, on a sole source basis, from ePCS Support Services, 21351 Ridgetop Circle, Dulles, VA 20166. Sole source justification to support the acquisition of these services is based on the fact that ePCS Support Services is the exclusive authorized federal reseller of Gelco?s Relocation Manager?. See numbered note 22. The Government intends to make award by September 30, 2004.
