- 3120-01-158-2990, McDonnell Douglas Helicopter (02731) P/N 7-311511118-5 Rev B, Source Control Item, with approved sources Kamatics Corp (50632) and Southwest Products Co. (81376). Acquisition of this item must be from sources cited on the Source Control Drawing. Alternate offers will not be accepted. First Article/Preproduction Approval Contractor Testing required. COQC required. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Please do not submit requiest to DSCR-VABA. Critical application item, QAP B02 applies. A long term contract (LTC) is anticipated (IQC) Terms FOB Destination, I&A Origin, estimated annual demand of 208 each, with a guaranteed minimum qty of 52 each, maximum contract qty 312 each (base year). Delivery 134 DARO. Surge applies for total qty 46 each at a rate of 16 each in 30 day increments.
