Cage 93098, Part Number: 51910. EPA Reg. NO. 64240-00. Unit Pkg. Contains 144 Bait Stations, and NSN 6840-01-224-1269, Insecticide, Combat, Clorox Co. Cage 93038, Part number: 51013, EPA Reg. NO. 64240-34. Unit Pkg. Contains 96 Bait Stations, EPA Registration/ Labeling and Original Manufacturer?s Commercial Unit packaging, MSDS and Hazard Warning Label are requirements for all three NSNS. NSN: 6840-01-298-1122, Insecticide, Ant Bait Stations, Bayer Corp., Cage 32766, Part Number: Maxforce FC Ant Bait, EPA Reg.No. 432-1256. Unit package contains 96 Bait Stations. Repackaging is not allowed for the 3 NSNS. QAP 251. This is Commercial Item. The Solicitation will result in IQC (Indefinite Quantity Contract). Stock Location 0001 SRG, Richmond, VA and Stock Location 0002 AQ5, Tracy CA. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
