- Description
- The Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), International Broadcasting Bureau (IBB), has a requirement for one or more contractors to provide rebuilt high-power and medium power vacuum tubes for use in various high power HF and Medium Wave transmitters. The Government anticipates awarding one or more Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to meet this need. The term of the contract shall be for one year from date of contract award with options to extend for two additional one-year periods. It is anticipated the Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued electronically on or about August 30, 2004. Firms interested in receiving a hard copy of Solicitation No. BBGCON3604S5424 must respond in writing to the Contracting Officer at the above address or via facsimile at 202-260-0855 or via Email to kharper@ibb.gov. All requests for copies of the solicitation must include the solicitation number, company name, mailing address, telephone and facsimile numbers, and name of contact person. No telephone requests for this solicitation will be honored. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the Agency. This notice is not a RFP.
