- This is a solicitation for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Coast Guard National Pollution Funds Center at 4200 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, Va. 22203 is considering purchasing one (1) high-speed printer/copier/scanner machine with the option to purchase a second unit within 60 days. The specifications below must be met and all equipment must be new. No refurbished equipment will be accepted. Responsible vendors may submit bids via email attachment, fax or United Postal Service. High-speed printer/copier/scanner requirements: · Black and white · Print at least 60 pages per minute · High capacity paper tray with additional paper trays capable of holding envelopes, paper sizes (Exec, 8.5X11, 11X14, & 11X17), and multiple paper weights. · Duplex · Collate · Reduce and enlarge · Stapler · Print Adobe files · Scanner · Network connectivity · Secure Fax · Offeror shall include monthly full coverage maintenance plan. Bidder shall specify whether supplies are or are not included. If supplies are included a complete list of the furnished supplies is required. · Offer shall state maximum on-site response time for troubleshooting of any maintenance/repairs. · Estimated 25K copies per month Offeror shall state the dollar amount of trade-in allowance, if any, for Xerox 255ST, currently located on-site. This copier was purchased in 2000 and has made 604,966 copies. The provision at 52.212-1, instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition. A contract / award will be offered to the best value offer made to the government, considering price and technical specifications.
