Description

The Government requires the following: Firm, Fixed Price service contract to be negotiated on a sole source basis with Khotol Food Services, for Food Service Attendants, per FAR 6.302. This will provide continuance of services to allow sufficient time to reprocure services. The requirement will be solicited as a commercial 8(a) set-aside, using FAR Part 12 & 13.5. The requirement will be for a three month period beginning 1 July 04 and ending on 30 September 04. FOB Destination. Services are to be performed at Naval Station Bremerton and Naval Air Station, Whidbey Island. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or Faxed. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-MAY-2004).
