- Description WORK PERFORMANCE: Base Year Contract and Four (4) Option Years to include all cleaning, adjusting, repairing and supplying of all needed chemicals, filters, filter media and environmentally controlled SOAPS for Eight (8) Pressure Wash Systems. In addition the contractor shall provide repairs and replacement parts where needed. The contractor is responsible for the removal and disposal of all associated wastes. The contractor shall keep all machines in serviceable condition according to a weekly maintenance schedule. NAICS: 333319 SIC: 3589 Solicitation will be posted on the Federal Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site, http://eps.gov. It is the offerors’ responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Solicitation will be posted on 11 August 2004. For solicitations issued after 1 Jun 98 ** all contractors are required to be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR)**. If not already registered, you should immediately register with CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423 or via the internet at http://www.ccr2000.com. Contractors are required to have a Dun and Bradstreet number (DUNS) in order to be registered in the CCR database. Lack of registration prior to award, may make an offeror ineligible for award. A contractor can receive a DUNS number by calling Dun & Bradstreet at (800) 333-0505. Internet registration takes approximately 72 hours: mail in registration takes approximately 30 days.
