- Description
- The United States Government desires to lease approximately 863 rentable square feet which must yield 750 to 788 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office and related space in suburban Buffalo, New York. The delineated area is as follows: North: Niagara County/Erie County Border (Tonawanda Creek) East: Transit Rod, Route 78 South: Route 20A West: Bailey Avenue, route 62 Term: The Government is interested in a ten (10) year term with termination rights by the Government at any time after the fifth year. Special Requirements: Secure, contiguous inside parking for 2 vehicles. General Information: This is an inquiry for available space and is not to be construed as an invitation to bid. Expression of interest should be submitted within 5 days. The space must meet requirements for handicapped access in accordance with PL-90-480 (as amended). Owners & Authorized Agents: Submissions by other than an owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owners granting permission to make a general offering of the space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the owner shall furnish an acknowledgment of the multi-representation.
