- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12 supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation quotes are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Regional Contracting Office, NE currently has a requirement for a Six Month Rental of Motorola Hand Radios for March AFB located in Moreno, CA. for the period of 9/20/04 thru 2/28/05. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions./clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001.05. The following clauses apply to this acquisition; FAR 52.212.1, Instructions to Offerrors FAR 212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial items and 52.212-5 Contractor Terms and Conditions Required to implement Statues or Executive Orders Commercial items. Quotes are due back by 12:00 AM on September 7, 2004, to the Regional Contracting Office, NE, 3250 Catlin Avenue, Quantico, VA 22134 or fax (703) 784-5908, Attn: Josephine Smith. Proposals will be evaluated by qualified personnel. Each proposals will be reviewed, and evaluated on it's own merits. Selection will be to responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation requirement, is determined to be the Best Value and Best suit the need of the Government.
