- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Stanley Security Solutions, Inc Best access systems division 6701 cold Harbor Rd, Mechanicsville VA 23111 for Best Access Doors at various communication closets throughout MCB Quantico. Purpose is the rooms need to be secured and their entry controlled in order to maintain the base telecommunications systems. There will be a total of 13 bulidings that will need the Best Access doors intalled. The equipment which is being purchased is proprietary to Best Access Systems and it can not be purchased through any other source.
