Description

The Regional Contracting Department Pearl Harbor Hawaii intends to negotiate from a written quotation, a 100% Small Business Set Aside, contract for (1) each of the following VIKING RANGE COMPANY or EQUAL items: Item 1: 60? GAS RANGE, P/N: VGRC605-6GD, 6 burner/24 ? griddle, stainless steel; Item 2: 60 x 27, stainless steel, 10? BACK GUARD, P/N: R60BG10; Item 3: 18? WALL HOOD, 27?D model, P/N: VWH6078, 60?W; Item 4: REFRIGERATOR, bottom mount, 36?, stainless steel, (R or L), P/N: VCBB363; Item 5: DUCT COVER, 60?W, stainless steel, P/N: DCW 60; Item 6: POWER VENTILATOR KIT, 1200 CFM Interior, P/N: VIV1200; Item 7: WINE COOLER, 24?W, P/N: VUWC 141; in accordance with FAR Part 12 using FAR Part 13 procedures . All contractors shall be registered in the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database (https://www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil) to be eligible for Department of Defense contract awards. This Solicitation, Solicitation Number N00604-04-T-B034, is an internet-only solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation shall not be available. Phone requests will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. Requestors shall provide their name, address, phone/fax numbers and e-mail address. The quotation, along with the completed representations and certification clauses and at least two each Government and Commercial references where this item has been sold may be e-mailed to deborah.alberto@navy.mil or faxed to (808) 473-5750 or (808) 473-0811by 3:00 pm Hawaii Standard Time on 3 September 2004. Offerors shall submit brochures when offering an ?equal.? The text of all referenced clauses can be viewed at http://arnet.gov/far. The solicitation can be downloaded from the NECO website at http://www.neco.navy.mil on or about 26 August 2004. An award is anticipated on or about 13 September 2004.
