- The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) plans to negotiate on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis with Information International Associates, Inc., Havertown PA, for the development of a country study database prototype . Information International Associates will develop a database driven, web interfaced digital publication and dissemination system for open source foreign area/country medical capability and medical infrastructure studies developed under previous contract s. Information International Associates will also provide the web application for accessing the content, and usability testing, digital copy of the database on CD and final report. Period of performance is planned for one year. No telephone requests. A ny interested vendor purporting to be able to furnish the requirement must submit a written response demonstrating such capability. See Numbered Note 22. POC: sacelia.heller@us.army.mil
