- Missouri River Area Office, Napoleon, Missouri has a requirement for Janitorial Services. This procurement is a Best Value, Request for Quote for Commercial Item/Services and is totally set-aside for small business concerns. Responsible offers will b e evaluated on the basis of best value to the Government. In additional to using pricing as a determining factor, evaluation of the Contractor's related past experience and past performance will be considered. This solicitation contains a base period (01 O ctober 2004 through 30 September 2005) plus (4) four (1) one-year option periods, which may be exercised at the discretion of the government. NAICS Code: 561720, SIC Code: 7349, FSC Code: S201 and Size standard $14.0 million. All interested offerors are en couraged to make on-site inspections prior to submitting a quote. The solicitation package will be posted on the Kansas City Army Corps of Engineers District website on or about 27 August 2004.
