- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is solicitation number 04Q4012 and is a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a total Small Business set aside. The standard industrial classification code is 3069 and the small busine ss size standard is 500 employees. Oregon Air National Guard requires: (3) each Orcatron Scubaphone 2000S Surface units, (20) each Orcatron Scubaphone 2000D Diver Units, (3) each Orcatron model# 1040-2 Triple battery Chargers, and (3) each Orcatron model # 470 headsets. Delivery to Portland Air National Guard Base, 6801 NE Cornfoot Rd, Portland, OR 97218-2797. Delivery by 90 days ARO. When calling, be prepared to state name, address and solicitation number. All responsible sources may submit an offer that w ill be considered. Evaluation of quotations will be based on low price only. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and CertificationsCommercial items, is applicable and must be submitted with your quotatio n. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and ConditionsCommercial Items, applies to this acquisition and has no addenda attached.
