- Description
- This is a synopsis of the solicitation not the actual solicitation. Attachments are not yet ready and are not available on the internet. Work includes but is not limited to furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials as well as performi ng all work necessary to install additional lighting in the new United States Disciplinary Barracks Wood Shop at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. The project scope includes installation of forty-two light fixtures in four rooms, bringing the level of illuminatio n to at least 50 foot candles. Work will be performed in a maximum security military prison. All vehicles, personnel, and material will be subject to search and all personnel must pass a security investigation. The magnitude of this project is between $ 25,000. and $100,000. This will be a firm fixed-price, lump sum type contract. This acquisition is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration program. The size standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates, is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $12.0 million. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 238210. RFQ is to be issued on or about 10 September 2004.
