- SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ); the reference number is Solicitation No. FA3047-04-T-C866. The incorporated provisions and clauses in this solicitation are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 334514. The size standard is 500 employees. Item Description is as follows: Item 0001 ? Carving Station Counter, Hatco Model No. GRCSCLH-24 Carving Station, countertop with heatlamps, ceramic heating elements, incandescent light, breath protector on right side, heated base ? 120 V, 1290 W, 10.8 amps ? 34 EA. Provide unit price and total price for each item, and a grand total for all items. BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. Note: If offering an equal provide specification with quote. FOB point will be Destination to be delivered to: Bldg 9050, Dining Facility, 1700 Carswell Ave., Suite 1100, Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX, 78236.
