- Dyess Air Force Base wishes to have radiology interpretation services provided. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621512 and the small business set-aside standard is $11,500,000.00. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the Set-Asides for Small Business IAW FAR 19.502-2 and is a 100% set aside for small business concerns. All responsive offers will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation (FA4661-04-T-0111) will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site at http://www.eps.gov. Solicitation will be posted on or about 10 September 2004, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) @ https://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil/.
