- Description
- Modified to add one snow blade to CLIN 0001. Amendment 1 is attached. The Federal Aviation Administration Northwest Mountain Region has a requirement for supply of one or more Self-propelled Full Track Over-the-Snow Vehicles, with internal combustion engines of either diesel or gasoline, and designed capable of operation with a net load of up to 1,500 pounds at an elevation of 11,000 feet. Vehicles are required to have a Zero turning radius. Know manufacturers that meet this requirement are PistenBully and Bombardier. Manufacturer must possess a proven record of reliability over a 10-year period. Offerors are hereby advised that funds are not presently available for this procurement, and that no liability on the part of the government shall arise for bid and proposal costs, until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer and offeror receives notice of such availability from the Contracting Officer in writing. The offer due date is 8/31/2004.
