- NATO C3 Agency (NC3A) Official Notification of Intent to Invite Bids under Limited Competition for the Procurement of Geographic Data and data acquisition as part of the overall project to provide a geographic information system. NC3A intends to procure the data through the use of current BOA procedures. The Invitation for Bidding (IFB) will be UNCLASSIFIED. THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE DOES NOT SERVE AS THE CONTRACTING AGENCY FOR NATO PROJECTS. THE NATO AGENCIES AND/OR NATO MEMBER COUNTRIES ARE THE CONTRACTING ENTITIES. YOUR FIRM MUST BE CERTIFIED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE BID MATERIALS FOR THIS PROCUREMENT.
