- Solicitation for NSN: 6105-00-168-1287, Housing, Motor. Approved Source(s): Kollsman, Inc., Part Number 84546401505. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. IAW QAP 001. Requested delivery is 237 days ARO. This NSN is a critical application item and is non-commercial. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. This solicitation will result in the award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Solicitation will include 100% option quantity requirement. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
