Description: The Naval Inventory Control Point intends to issue an order via the Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00383-01-G-001F with Lockheed Martin Corporation, Orlando, FL for lay-in of piece parts to support repair of the InfraRed Search and Track (IRST) receiver for the F-14D IRST system. Lockheed Martin is the only known source who possess the required expertise and knowledge to provide the effort within the timeframe requirement.
