Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request For Quotation (RFQ) number is 21-04-G84PPG063. The National Pollution Funds Center intends to purchase the following items: 1 EACH- Hewlett Packard Storage Works MSL6030-tape library ?LTO Ultrium-SCSI. Manufacturer Part # 330731-B23 2 EACH- Hewlett Packard PSG (Compaq) Cable VHDC1 to VHDC1 EXT-12FT SCSI Vertical Offset. Manufacturer Part # 341175-B21 1 EACH- ADAPTEC Ultra 160 SCSI 29160LP Storage Controller Manufacturer Part # 1863700 1 EACH- TDK 20PK LTO Ultrium 2-200 / 400GB Tape Cart 1 EACH- TDK LTO Ultrium 2-200 / 400GM Tape Cart Required delivery is within 14 days after award, F.O.B. Destination National Pollution Funds Center Arlington, VA. The provisions in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, is applicable to this solicitation. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items is applicable to this solicitation and the blanks in section (a) are completed as follows: Price Considerations. Offers shall include with their quotes, a completed copy of FAR 52-212-3, Offerer Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, only. FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement Statues or Executive orders--Commercial Items, FAR 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds transfer--Central Contractor registration. The Government is not responsible for non-receipt of fax quotes. It is recommended that companies submit fax quotes confirm receipt. Please email all technical questions to RGEISEL@BALLSTON.USCG.MIL and they will be forwarded to the appropriate Technical Representative. Quotes should be marked with the reference number. Vendors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award will be ineligible for award. No written request for quote is available.
