- Amendment 0001 Air Force Research Laboratory, Propulsions Directorate/Power Division (AFRL/PRP) amends the BAA-03-05-PRK solicitation to correct the Original Response Date to SEP 02, 2003. This correction will align the Original Response Date with the Proposal Due Date and Time within the BAA.
