- Description
- The General Services of Administration is seeking new space for approximately 34,579-44,579 usable square feet of office space, storage area, break room area, computer area, maps and technology area, conference and training area with 120 secured parking spaces for government vehicles. Delineated area: First consideration will be the Central Business District (CBD) of Atlanta then: South on I285, West on Jonesboro Road/138, North on Riverdale Road to I85, East on Camp Creek Parkway. Other items considered: Offerors should consider the costs for relocation, telecommunications and tenant improvements as well as the capability of providing alternate/backup power for the computer data center. There must be twenty-five (25) surface parking spaces designated for visitors at no additional cost to the government. The government must have access to parking spaces 7 days a week/24 hours. Required: All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations to be provided as a part of the rental consideration. Occupancy: The space is required on or before March 1, 2005.
