- THIS IS A MODIFICATION TO THE ORIGINAL SYNOPSIS N00406-04-R-5210. THE FOLLOWING IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: N00406-O4-T-2585............ Multiple Operator Welding System with a minimum of 6 operators,to be compatible with existing wirefeeders (Miller S-32P) and (Oxomatic MVP-12)and in compliance with the low open circuit voltage requirements ( <30 OCV ). Provide a minimum of 300 amps per operator in CC mode and 30 volts in CV mode. Work connections must be electrically isolated from the system frame. U/L or CSA approved Weight: Less than 2000 lbs. Operational in CC (Constant Current) or CV (Constant Voltage) modes..........FOB DESTINATION TO: PSNS, BUILDING 514, SHOP 26, BREMERTON, WASHINGTON 98314....THIS SOLICITATION AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS WILL BE POSTED TO THE NECO WEBSITE: HTTP://WWW.NECO.NAVY.MIL.
