- The Naval Surface Warfare Center operates it's Acoustic Research Detachment in Bayview ID. The deep water lake is used to test large scale vehicles (LSV) The LSV2 requires periodic replacement of critical connectors and recepticals. Brantner and Associates Inc. manufactures these unique parts to fit the LSV2. Therefor, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 the government intends to award a sole source contract to SEACON Brantner for replacement spare parts. (numbered note 22)
