- Synopsis Date: 082504 Contracting Office 02662 Address: N00024 1333 Isaac Hull Avenue S.E. Washington Navy Yard, DC Subject: Intent to Award a Sole Source Purchase Order to SAIC, 16701 West Bernardo Drive, San Diego, CA for Air Particle Detector Assemblies for support to Commander, NAVSEA 04LR. At this time no other firm possesses the ability to manufacture the assemblies required by the Government. This purchase will be done under simplified acquisition procedures and other than full and open competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is for informational purposes only. No solicitation document is available and telephone or fax or e-mail requests will not be honored. The determination not to compete this effort is within the discretion of the Government.
