- THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE. This Presolicitation Notice is being issued by the Naval Air Systems Command. An E-6 CLS Industry Day will be held on September 22, 2004, at 8:00 am EST at the Southern Maryland Higher Education Center (SMHEC) in Building Two. Attendance is restricted to three (3) representatives per company. An overview of the CLS program and the solicitation will be given, followed by a question and answer session.
