- The Acquisiton Management Department, National Naval Medical Center (NNMC) Bethesda, Maryland on the behalf of the Branch Medical Clinic, Sugar Grove, WV intends to award a Sole-Sourced Commercial purchase order to Laboratory Corp of America, Fairmont, WV for Laboratory Services. This acquisition is being conducted under the guidelines set forth in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Award will be contingent upon availability of FY05 Funding. See Note 22.
