Description

Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, except for specified Government-furnished property, to design and construct a concrete radio building and foundations (including earthwork) with corresponding solar arrays, controller, batteries (including rack), inverter, ice bridge, electrical wiring, lighting, and interior and exterior R-56 compliant grounding systems at the South Mountain Communication site. Work under this Contract is located in Owyhee County, Idaho. The work is at the South Mountain Communication Site. The legal description for the site is T.8S, R.5W, S.10. Performance Period is 90 Calendar days. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $25,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at http://ideasec.nbc.gov/. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about 09/02/2004. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov.
